Recipe Box PressBack to the books

Your recipes stay with you for now.

If you ask about the opening offer

We save your email, the two answers about your book, your contact permission, the offer price, the date and a broad source label such as Pinterest or a community link. These records are stored in our private Cloudflare database and are available to the people and automated assistants operating Recipe Box Press. They are not public, sold, or added to a newsletter.

We use them to discuss availability and your proposed cookbook. We keep requests while recruiting the opening orders and delete them when that follow-up is complete, or when you withdraw. This does not authorize us to use family recipes or photos for marketing or model training.

Remove your request

After submitting, you receive a private removal link. Anyone with that link can delete that request, so keep it to yourself. You can also write to privacy@recipeboxpress.com from the email you submitted. Removing a request does not delete emails you have separately sent; tell us if you want those removed too.

Basic connection data

Our hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, device details and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this version.

Aggregate use counts

We count a small set of actions by day, such as opening the sample, trying a book style or sending an opening request. These are action totals, not unique visitor counts. The count does not include the words you type, your photographs, filenames, cookies, email address or a visitor profile. Contact details from the opening form are stored separately as explained above.

Sample material

The Hawthorne family, recipes, source pages and kitchen images are fictional test material. They are not customer records.

Before uploads open

This page will be replaced with the exact file-handling, access and deletion rules before the site accepts a real recipe or photograph. We will not quietly extend a pre-opening privacy statement to customer files.

Privacy questions

Write to privacy@recipeboxpress.com. Please do not attach recipes, photographs or other family material while uploads remain closed.
